Grade 9: £52,560 - £59,135 per annum

The Head of Organisational Development and Learning will take the lead in developing and managing an organisation-wide development and learning strategy that supports institution-wide cultural change and continuous improvement. The post-holder will manage the development and learning function for the Human Resources Department, co-ordinating University-wide training and ensuring the delivery of innovative learning interventions that support career development, talent management and leadership development within Aberystwyth University.
The Head of Organisational Development and Learning will work as part of the HR Senior Management Team and will contribute to the overall development and delivery of Human Resource strategies and management.
