As a Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for implementing strategies and delivering volume recruitment campaigns across the organisations sectors, managing the day to day running of the team, using effective resource planning and cost controls, delivering a first class volume recruitment team and service, providing a hands on approach and ensuring agreed targets are met, managing relationships and producing management reports.
You will be expected to promote company values ensuring a safe well led service. You will be expected to maintain our service at such level that our ‘OFSTED and CQC ratings are met or exceeded.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced in-house or agency recruiter, with excellent communication, administration and relationship building skills. You will need excellent stakeholder management skills, be a strong recruitment professional that can handle changes and can deal with high volume recruitment needs. You will need to be a team player and a recruitment management qualification is desirable but not essential.
