Training Centre Manager

Our organisation, which incorporates GDMA Group and Progressive Care Limited is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, driven, ambitious and proactive individual to join an expanding business that works across numerous sectors including Training, Property and Social Care. 

You will be responsible for the strategic development and the overall operational management of the training centre and staff team, ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered on a consistent basis while creating a motivating environment in which the team can thrive in achieving the centre targets and their own professional goals.

You will be responsible for managing and implementing strategy for a first class training centre and service, providing a hands on approach and ensuring agreed targets are met, managing relationships and producing management reports.

You will be expected to promote company values ensuring a safe well led service. You will be expected to maintain our service at such level that our ‘OFSTED and CQC ratings are met or exceeded.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced Training Manager, with excellent communication, administration and relationship building skills. You will need excellent stakeholder management skills, be a strong training professional that can handle changes and can deal with high volume training needs. You will need to be a team player and a CIPD certificate in Training Practice or equivalent qualification is desirable.

You will be disciplined and adaptable, showing a ‘can do’ attitude with a strategic outlook and passionate about delivering a great training experience
