When a company is hiring for this kind of luxury role you know they must be in a pretty good place.

And it will be even better when you've designed a leading, high touch, engaging employee experience that ensures it is a place where people's capabilities are maximised and their well-being is looked after.

As part of their small but specialised People Team you'll get to use all your skills in process design, project management and data interpretation, to create people processes that span areas including recruitment, onboarding and L&D, generating meaningful people metrics to make recommendations to improve the employee journey.

I know this business well, and they really do practice what they preach. Development isn't just something they talk about - they truly offer opportunity to develop and maximise capability. It's something they take very seriously.

So, you don't need to have done it all to get this job, there's heaps of room to learn and grow, but you do need to come with some key experience. Ideally you'll have designed user journeys or processes in a small company setting, and have project management experience under your belt - it doesn't need to be large scale, but you will know how to apply structure to project work. You'll also be analytically minded - nothing overly complex, but understanding what and how to measure. Academically, you'll have qualifications that demonstrate your intellectual horsepower and commitment to your own learning and development.

You'll thrive in this environment if you are smart, a self-starter, ambitious, collaborative and naturally inquisitive. In return they promise that the work will be varied and give you scope to develop and shape the future direction of your career.
Sounds good doesn't it?

To apply, drop your CV to me - I really look forward to reading it! Oh, and my promise is that you'll get a response - CVs don't get lost in cyberspace when I'm recruiting
