Your new company
Our not-for-profit client is recruiting an assistant HR Business Partner to join their head office team based in Lewes. This is a part-time role and job share where you will be required to work 15 hours per week on Thursday and Friday.

Your new role
Reporting into the HR Business partner you will be delivering an advisory HR service working with the management teams to maximise the skills, knowledge, performance and contribution of staff.

Responsibilities:

* Line management of the HR Administrator and HR Coordinator
* Support line managers with HR policies and procedures
* Performance management
* HR project work
* Job evaluation
* Recruitment

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must be CIPD qualified with proven experience within a HR Business Partner or Advisory role. You must also have Employment Law knowledge and excellent IT skills with the ability to work with a flexible attitude and able to re-prioritise work in a busy HR environment.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £32,000 plus excellent benefits including pension, flexible working and career progression.
