HR Business Partner

We have an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to support 2 business units across Hampshire.

As an HR Business Partner you will be working with business unit Managers & Directors across various sites in Hampshire. This role will deliver an expert, high quality and forward thinking HR Business Partnering service.

You will be leading on :

* Workforce strategy understanding and delivery of associated objectives and workforce plans within the division
* Production and analysis of workforce metrics, data and trend analysis to drive performance improvements and monitoring of the workforce plan.
* Impact on staff engagement, health and wellbeing and retention through delivery of the workforce strategy and workforce plan.
* Leading organisational change and development from a workforce perspective
* Leading positive outcomes with highly complex employee relations matters; preserving positive relationships wherever possible
* Leading a HR team to achieve the best outcomes for services and staff

Candidates

* MCIPD Post Grad Diploma / Level 7 / Masters of Equivalent
* Solid HR Business Partnering background across complex large scale organisations ideally with unionised environments.
* Experience of leading organisational change models, including tendering and TUPE of staff.
* Experience of translating and interpreting complex information and data to provide new insights and practical solutions
* Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing, including report writing. reflecting sometimes complex issues

12 months Fixed Contract - Start ASAP
Whilst the role will have home working you will also need to travel to sites throughout Hampshire for critical meetings as needed.
Full Time 37 Hours Per week
