Key Responsibilities
To work with the HR team and the Head of HR to:
* Deliver the people strategy and drive high performance in partnership with senior client managers across their business areas of responsibility.
* Be proactive in identifying people issues and trends within the business and work together with key stakeholders in order to formulate and implement pragmatic and commercially focussed solutions.
* Ensuring the provision of a high level of HR Service to the business.
* Work in collaboration with all areas of HR, particularly with the Talent, Resourcing, Operations and Reward to ensure the effective deployment of the HR strategy.
* Champions and leads on change management initiatives/projects as required
* Enable the flow of talent in and out of the organisation, making sure the business needs are met and future skill and capability requirements are understood.
* Identify key learning and development requirements.
* Be the trusted adviser for business areas of responsibility, providing expert advice, guidance and coaching to managers in all aspects of HR, including change management, performance management, and employee engagement.
* Actively participate and contribute to the development of HR processes.
What you'll need to succeed
Commercially astute, trusted established HR Business Partner
* Degree or equivalent qualification
* CIPD Level 7 qualified
* This professional must understand all areas and departments of the business, and how HR can benefit these aspects. The individual is skilled in listening to problems and ideas, and in clearly articulating solutions.
* Strategic thinker
* Talented Coach and Influencer
