The charity, which aims to improve health, is undergoing a period of exciting change and this role will be instrumental in creating an environment where employees are energised to help the organisation to deliver a new ambitious strategy. The role requires a person with relevant experience to work in a professional, collegiate, fast-paced and inclusive environment.

Reporting to the Benefits Manager, you will lead a project on the development, implementation and on-going management of an integrated wellbeing plan in line with the Charity's new strategy. You will manage and promote the wellbeing agenda both internally and externally and bring ideas and enthusiasm to shape the messaging across the organisation. With the support of the wellbeing coordinator, together you will develop and manage key performance indicators to demonstrate progress and the impact of the Wellbeing Plan. Your role will also include coaching and mentoring the member of the wellbeing team to create an environment that inspires, engages and encourages all employees to be their best self.

As the senior Subject Matter Expert and professional adviser on Wellbeing matters, candidates need to demonstrate extensive experience working with and understanding workplace wellbeing matters. You will also need to demonstrate on your CV, your extensive experience of developing and implementing data-led, evidence based initiatives. Project Management skills will be essential as will presentation skills, Analytical skills and report writing experience.

Although the offices are located in central London, the majority of this role initially will be home based, with the occasional day working in the central London office in Euston. As time goes on, the requirement to be based in the office, may increase and therefore candidates do need to be comfortable with the commute to Euston, London.
