Large Education Institution Organisation based in Manchester are seeking to appoint a HR focused Health & Wellbeing Advisor on a 6 month temporary basis


Your new role
Joining the existing HR Health & Safety Team you will provide specific support and advice relating to COVID19 contact tracing for employees. The main focus of your role will be to provide H&S advice to employees to ensure effective practices in managing risk and contact tracing through effective communication and reporting. You'll be passionate and committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of employees, assisting the senior Health & Wellbeing Advisor to ensure legislative compliance and develop health and safety management systems with a continuous improvement focus.Responsibilities will include:


* Effective and Continued Communication with Employees On COVID contact tracing
* Assist with Risk Assessments
* Produce and maintain contact Tracing records and Reports
* Contribute to Policy Development
* Interpret and Explain Contents of Safety Related Documents to Employees
* Provide advice and support for COVID related queries
* Maintain Good Working Relationships with Managers and Union Representatives



What you'll need to succeed

* Prior experience within a Health & Wellbeing Focused HR role
* Excellent Communication & Relationship Management Skills
* Working Knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation
* Adaptable & agile working approach
* Confident Advisory Experience
* Strong Organisational & Administration Skills

What you'll get in return
