HR Business Partner - Technology
Reading
£55,000 - £65,000 + bonus
Ref: PT7255
This is a highly successful tech business that is part way on its journey between chaotic start-up and established corporate. HR now has an increasingly influential role to play as it works to create and embed more rigorous and value adding approaches around performance, behaviours, talent and engagement that will help leaders strive toward a high-performance culture. It's an exciting journey in an inspirational environment.
The appointment of a HR Business Partner to work with a key part of the UK business is now pivotal to continue to drive that journey forward. Building that partnering trust relationship, helping create and embed key HR tool-kits, and working with leaders to help them gain commercial advantage through more considered use of culture, talent management and performance tools will be a key element of this role.
You are likely to be an HR Business Partner who is looking to deepen their strategic partnering experience whilst retaining an operational element. You'll have an authentic style, naturally able to build rapport and relationships with leaders, whilst enjoying the pace and chaos of a rapidly changing business environment. A tech background where you have had exposure to "Agile" methodologies being in place would be great, however is not a pre-requisite.
If this sounds of potential interest please contact Paul Tanton of Consult HR at paul.tanton@consult-hr.co.uk, or call him on 07939 108479 or simply click apply and forward your CV for consideration.
