Working as part of the Site Senior Management Team, as HR Manager you will lead the People Agenda for this Birmingham, Manufacturing site. Salary up to £55k + Car Allowance.
As HR Manager, you will support, advise and guide the site around the full generalist remit. This will include working collaboratively with the Union, embedding a culture of collaboration and leadership, diversity, apprenticeships and development and talent management.
As an experienced HR Manager within a strong Manufacturing environment, you will have successfully developed strong working relationships with Unions. You will have the capability to work autonomously for site, but as part of a larger company wide team. You will be as comfortable at working strategically with the SMT as you are at rolling your sleeves up and managing day to day responsibilities.
