Reward Analyst - 6 month role - £50000 - £55000
Your new company
I am working with a global engineering business, who are looking to recruit a Reward Analyst to support their reward team on a 6 month basis.
Your new role
Reporting into the Global Reward Director, you will be supporting the global annual pay review for the senior management within the business. Being a part of the centre of excellence, you will also support the regions on their local pay reviews, as well as leading on global communications.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a strong Reward Analyst with advanced excel skills. You will have worked through a number of pay reviews, end to end, and ideally you will have WTW global grading.
