Head of HR Operations – Band 8C
My London based NHS client is looking for an interim Head of HR Operations for an initial 3 month period to start asap.
Reporting to the HR and OD Director, this role will support the delivery of the workforce strategy as part of the senior team of the Workforce and OD function.
Your remit will be to effectively manage transactional and operations workforce services including payroll, rostering workforce information, ESR, recruitment, HR helpdesk, compliance monitoring (which includes DBS, Professional Registration and work permits), and temporary staffing. To ensure that the trust has access to high quality workforce data and information to support workforce planning, monitoring and the development of services.
It is key that the successful candidate can hit the ground running and is available for a quick start. Therefore similar recent experience in an NHS setting is essential.
