Providing an exceptional student experience, underpinned by intellectual endeavour, discovery and achievement, is key to ensuring that students emerge with the enriched skills and knowledge to meaningfully contribute to the global society and economy at the highest levels. Under the leadership of the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Susan Lea, the University has recently entered a period of exciting strategic change. The University now wishes to appoint a new Executive Director of Human Resources.

The postholder will be tasked with providing an effective and agile HR operational service and ensuring that the University has in place systems, policies and practices to facilitate a high performing culture.
