Organisational Development Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Organisational Development team (12-month fixed term contract) to play a key role in the transformation of Homes and Landlord Services as part of its Moving Forward Together Programme (MFT).

As part of the programme’s Learning and Organisational Development team, our OD Consultants will play a key role in delivering the behaviour change and people management aspects of the programme.

The MFT programme aims to ‘Become a world-class housing and landlord service; a service that meets the needs of our residents; a great place to work and one which has equality and diversity at its heart’.

This programme will put the priorities of tenants at the heart of the council’s housing service, working alongside them to co-design and transform the way services are delivered in the future.

Who are you?

As an experienced learning and organisational development professional, you will have a proven track record of working with clients at all levels of the organisation to design and deliver practical interventions which enable lasting behaviour change.  The pace and scope of change in this project are ambitious so we are looking for facilitators who can demonstrate they work collaboratively and adapt quickly to support colleagues to embrace new ways of working.

At the heart of this role is a good understanding and appreciation of equality, diversity and inclusion and the value and business impact it makes.
