Reward Consultant/Manager – 6-month FTC
c.£60,000 basic salary plus car allowance & benefits (pro-rataed)
Our Client is looking to recruit an Interim Reward Consultant for a six-month assignment to lead a number of key projects. Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for the review and development of pay structures and incentive schemes. The ideal candidate will have gained experience within a large commercial environment, preferably within a multi-site organisation and have expertise in the design and delivery of reward and Incentive schemes. You will lead on the design and roll out of front-line Incentives which drives and supports the delivery of business objectives and delivers measured improvements in service, performance and profitability as well as reviewing job grading matrix. You will also have the opportunity to input into the Group Reward agenda.
As an action orientated individual with a proven track record of delivery within a multi-site business, with prior experience of co-ordinating the salary review and bonus payment cycles in large, complex organisations, your operating style needs to be hands on and collaborative with the ability to project plan effectively.
