King’s Bruton is an HMC co-educational boarding and day school of 350 pupils aged 13-18.We are seeking a suitably qualified HR Manager who will be based at King’s but with responsibilities across both King’s and Hazlegrove Preparatory School. 

Reporting to the Bursar you will be responsible for all recruitment processes and ensuring all records and documents are maintained in line with School policies and procedures, as well as for providing HR support and advice.

With an ability to multitask and showing attention to detail, you will possess meticulous organisational skills. You will be comfortable working unsupervised or as part of a team, being able to prioritise your workload and work to deadlines. You will have a professional and confidential approach to work, along with excellent interpersonal skills. Listening skills are essential, and you will have the ability to communicate at all levels, demonstrating diplomacy, tact and sensitivity. You should be CIPD qualified or demonstrate significant HR experience.
