Job Details

A fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment/Resourcing Manager to join a highly regarded FMCG business in Andover, Hampshire on an initial 12-month FTC to start asap. This role will Identify current and future recruitment needs, working in partnership with key stakeholders to take full ownership of the on-boarding process with specific focus on attraction and retention.


* Within this role you will collaborate with hiring managers across the business to identify recruitment needs and objectives. You will create, review and update job descriptions as appropriate working with recruiting managers to fully understand role objectives and responsibilities
* Understand and provide ongoing external market insight and solutions to support resourcing-based business decisions and recruitment challenges.
* Establish effective candidate attraction opportunities by writing adverts, advertising job roles on external job / careers pages / boards and pro-actively consider social networking solutions
* Undertake a full review of the recruitment and interview process including associated documentation adhering to all internal guidelines
* Undertake pre-screening phone interviews as appropriate and deliver feedback to all applicants ensuring a positive candidate experience
* Review and update the current employee referral scheme
* Arrange face to face interviews by co-ordinating schedules with the recruiting managers and the HR team
* Provide weekly and monthly progress updates to key stakeholders and recruiting managers on the status of open and closed positions
* Manage the offer process with candidates and recruitment agencies
* Assist the HR team with offer documentation ensuring inductions are scheduled as appropriate
* Assist in a full review of the induction process
* Manage exit interviews with leavers and provide feedback to HR and management as appropriate
* Track the candidate experience throughout the recruitment and on-boarding process to develop / review all processes to ensure continuous improvement
* Undertake regular reviews of leaver reasons and identify areas for improvement in recruitment and retention processes

The candidate


* Previous recruitment experience within a fast-paced Inhouse environment,
* Excellent interpersonal skills, working as part of a team with both internal and external stakeholders Able to influence and challenge managers at all levels, towards effective recruitment and business solutions
* Experience using various interview techniques i.e. Teams/ Zoom


The Package


* Salary £38,500 - £40,000
* Onsite parking
* Subsidised onsite canteen
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
* This role is Monday to Friday. Please not that occasionally there may be the requirement to be present on a weekend day however this day will be given as leave the following week
* Pension
