Your new company
You will be working as an Organisational Design Analyst, on a 6 month interim basis, for a Government Organisation in Central London. This is a home based role.

Your new role
The role will be based solely from home and is inside scope of IR35. Pay rates are £252 per day via PAYE or £284 per day via Umbrella company. Please only apply if you are on 1 week's notice or less.
Reporting to the OD lead, this role will work alongside an OD team of 4, who are leading on the TUPE in, of an HR shared service team of 30, from one of their partner organisations. Duties will include:

* Developing templates and writing guidance documents for stakeholders
* Facilitating weekly workshops
* Maintain risk assessment of HR Shared Services and look as Shared Services Governance
* Analysing policies and processes from both organisations, and advise on the impact of bringing them together - including the impact of a change in technical systems from iTrent to SAP
* Establish and build trusted relationships with political stakeholders, senior stakeholders and key client groups
* Analyse current policies and provide impact assessment and advice on what issues could arise from the proposed merger
* Understanding roles across both organisations, and advise on the impact of any duplication

What you'll need to succeed
You must have worked in the public sector and be available on 1 week's notice.

* Experience/knowledge with supporting new system implementation
* Ideally have previous experience of OD/Transformation/Change, in the public sector.
* Experience of supporting organisational change and transformation, from an analytical perspective
* Be a problem solver, with the gravitas to influence and win over difficult stakeholders
* Clear communicator with strong influencing skills
* Able to translate complex issues into straightforward messaging grounded in reality
