Organisational Learning Lead

Flexible to cover our locations - Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Devon & Cornwall

£36,370 - £41,306 per annum dependent on skills

Permanent, Full Time

Now is a really exciting time to join our client. They’re working towards their vision of everyone having a home. It’s a bold statement but one everyone across their business is passionate about. Their purpose is to improve people’s lives. They provide safety and security through their reliable landlord services and they supply a wide range of housing options in response to the housing crisis. They believe that work isn’t somewhere you go, it’s something you do. No two days are the same here, and agile working is the norm rather than the exception.

They’re on an exciting transformation journey.

Their business strategy is clear. Their vision is bold. And what sets them apart is Their Way.

Their Way is not just a set of words. It’s a shared understanding of the way they work – creating a fair and inclusive culture. It’s a set of straightforward principles that underpin everything they do, every day. From how they lead and learn, to how they collaborate, communicate and innovate, this is how they’ll reach their vision - that everyone has a home.
