Your new role
In your new role, you'll be working in a tightly-knit and growing HR team, responsible for coordinating and supporting all aspects of HR. Specifically, you'll oversee the on-boarding process from backgrounds checks through to orientation and inductions; support benefits administration and enrolment; assist with company-wide HR initiatives; and develop, prepare and analyse reports.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have experience working in an administrative HR position, ideally having worked in financial services. Strong academics, the ability to work in a highly-pressurised environment and manage conflicting deadlines is crucial.
What you'll get in return
In return, you'll receive a competitive £30,000-£35,000 salary.
