Are you an experienced Recruitment Manager looking for a new opportunity in the Cambridgeshire area? Have you worked within the Digital/IT/Technology space? Are you commercially focused, resilient with the gravitas to work in an extremely fast paced environment?
If this sounds like you then I am currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Manager based in Cambridge for a Global business.
This is a superb opportunity to join an innovative and cutting-edge business who have gone from strength to strength with ambitious growth plans and genuine passion for performance in all of their business areas and in their people.
With a Digital/IT/Technology background, you will work in partnership with the business and work with Senior Stakeholders to develop and build the recruitment team and the resourcing strategy.
Essential Requirements:
* Previous In-house recruitment experience in the Digital/IT/Technology sector
* Proven experience of managing and developing a recruitment team
* Experience of developing a resourcing strategy
* Experience of talent management including workforce planning, development, retention, and succession planning
* Experience of direct sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn, talent pooling, Executive Search)
* Experience of recruiting across EMEA and APAC would be ideal but not essential
