Job Details

A London based NHS organisation is looking for an interim OD Manager to join them on an initial 2-3-month basis.

The purpose of this role is to provide specialist OD expertise and support to the organisation to ensure the achievement of the organisational vision through the People Plan.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to provide expert OD advice, support, and facilitation to ensure delivery against the people plan
  • Build credible relationships with senior individuals across the Trust
  • Plan, design, deliver and evaluate a range of organisational development and learning interventions outlined in the OD implementation plan
  • Lead alongside Head of People Resourcing the delivery of diverse recruitment panels
  • Strengthen staff networks
  • Implement fair recruitment commitments and interventions including diverse panels
  • Development and implementation of culture principles
  • Launch employee and team recognition and reward for living Trust values
  • Establish fair and transparent redeployment and working from home processes

 

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • OD expertise and experience of delivery
  • Masters level qualification in HR, OD or equivalent subject, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to influence at senior level under pressure
  • Ability to recognise discrimination in all its forms and put equal opportunities policy into practice
  • Innovative thinking and the ability to explore imaginative ways of optimising use of resources
