Employee Relations Co-ordinator - Watford - £24-26,000 plus great benefits

Our client is a commercial organisation that has a newly created role for an Employee Relations Co-ordinator to join the team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Assistant ER Manager, your role will be to field incoming calls to the ER Team. The calls will be on a variety of issues ranging from straightforward enquiries to complex ER issues which will need to be escalated.

Responsibilities will include:-

- Provide an efficient, professional and customer focused first response service
- Work in partnership with the ER Specialists
- Respond to queries in relation to policies and procedures
- Ability to handle large call volumes
- Update case log
- Support ER Specialist with administration including letters, invites, absence and AWOL processes
- Support in the preparation of case documents
- Ad-hoc projects

You will need the following experience:-

- Ideally studying for (or willing to) CIPD
- Self starter with the desire and ability to deliver first class customer service
- Excellent telephone manner
- Commercially astute
- Team focused
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
