This role attracts an annual salary of £45,000 (£21.57 per hour).

Devon Doctors Group are recruiting for an experienced Resourcing Lead to develop talent pipelines for critical clinical roles within the organisation across Devon and Somerset. The successful candidate will have experience of engaging internal stakeholders at director level to ascertain the requirement and be able to craft and deliver on effective resourcing strategies for each role.

Experience of engaging with Clinical Commissioning Groups is vital, in addition to an understanding of the role they play in supporting clinical resourcing across our footprint.

The role will be based in Exeter, but with flexibility to undertake this from a remote location for the right candidate within Devon and Somerset.
