HR Manager - School's
My client, an ambitious and expanding Education provider now requires an experienced HR Manager to join them ASAP on a temporary to permanent basis.
As HR Manager you will be responsible for leading a small team to deliver an efficient and effective day-to-day operational HR service across multiple locations. This is a busy and varied role in which you’ll cover everything from managing a wide range of ER casework through to supporting the HR Director on key projects and initiatives to further develop the HR function and service.
To be considered you will require:
A strong background in operational HR management gained within an academy trust or schools setting
Proven experience of leading on and managing complex individual and organisation-wide casework issues, gained in a multi-union, schools/academic environment
Experience of successfully leading and implementing change including reviewing, developing and implementing new processes, procedures and policies
Knowledge and experience of safer recruitment requirements and wider safeguarding protocols in a school setting
Previous experience of supporting an HRIS system implementation would be highly desirable.
