Junior HR Business Partner

Your new company
We are currently working with a large, established, global organisation, who are currently looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. The office is based in South Oxfordshire but this opportunity will primarily be home based.

Your new role
As Junior HR Business Partner, you will partner with key stakeholders across the organisation both internationally and domestically.You will work closely with the global Development and Recruitment teams to help deliver the talent strategy in line with business plans. You will also collaborate with the HR Operations teams on all people related projects.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful fr this position, you will have had prior experience operating at a similar level. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of seniority. Ideally you will have experience of working within a global organisation.
