Are you passionate about delivering the best possible experience for our colleagues? This role is accountable for putting the employee experience at the centre and forefront of all its work with a consistent emphasis on improving engagement across our diverse staff groups, underpinned by our organisational values.  

This role will be responsible for driving a unique employee journey across the full employment lifecycle that gives our people the opportunity to, develop, flourish and fulfil their aspirations.  Shaping and delivering a leadership strategy that holds leaders and managers to account for developing, engaging and managing high performing teams will also be an important aspect of this role in addition to the delivery of technical, behavioural and core skills development and employee wellbeing. 

About you: 

You will be a collaborative leader with experience of operating strategically and delivering a seamless HR service that drives an outstanding employee experience for colleagues across the business. 

You will also have a track record of embracing the use of technology to support online learning, tailored L&D interventions and improving and implementing simple processes for assessing performance and creating career opportunities to drive a positive performance culture.  Experience of using data to provide insight and analysis on organisational performance as well as to inform future decisions and planning across the employee experience spectrum will also be key.
