My client, a unique organisation based in a UK Overseas Territory in the South Atlantic is looking for a competent, qualified and engaging HR professional to join their existing HR Team. With an ambitious vision they will need you to be hands on whilst also supporting the wider strategic objectives.
This is a newly created role, reporting into the Director of HR and Organisational Development and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the leaders are supported in delivering their service to a high professional standard. Working closely with the Senior Leadership team, this role requires someone who is passionate about the difference “good HR” can make and who can articulate this in a way secures buy in.
