We are looking to recruiting for an exciting fast paced global business based in Oldham/North Manchester for a HR Manager to join their existing HR Team.
Your new role
You will be required to provide commercial support to a large fast paced staff workforce with the majority of the workforce being blue collar. You will work with key line managers and stakeholders to provide up to date and accurate advice on all employee relations matters.The role is a full generalist position & will include working alongside senior level HR teams to drive through strategy with line managers which will cover all areas including sickness and absence, L & D, performance management, Diversity & Inclusion, policy changes and updates. The role will also manage a more junior level HR member of staff and therefor having this experience would be advantageous.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience HR candidate at this level or good strong advisory experience ready for the next level
CIPD level 5
