You will administer the end to end employee lifecycle transactional process, including starters, movers, leavers, pay changes, leave arrangements and compensation and benefits administration and production of the associated documentation for all employees and managers. You will also act as the first point of contact for HR enquiries, providing HR advice and support to managers and employees. You will be the contact to advise on terms and conditions and payroll changes and you will be the individual who manages the monthly payroll processes. Payroll is outsourced to a third-party payroll provider and it will be your responsibility to carry out the suitable checks and controls to ensure accurate information is passed across to the provider. Finally, you will administer the HR database, ensuring the quality of data is maintained and that employee details are kept up to date and accurate all times.

Candidates looking to apply will have worked at HR Coordinator level recently and be able to demonstrate their experience of liaising with payroll and ensuring accuracy or regular and efficient payroll data. Candidates will need to be on no more than a one week notice period as the client is looking for someone to start in the coming weeks. You will be highly organised, able to multi task and be able to demonstrate your ability to work to competing deadlines. Any HR experience within the public sector, or civil service would be highly advantageous to your application.
