Interim HR Generalist
Our client, a forward thinking and progressive organisation based in central Ipswich is looking to appoint an HR & OD generalist on a FTC of 18 months. If you are an experienced HR professional with a problem-solving mindset, a passion for projects and generating fresh ideas and you really want to make a difference, please keep reading as this may be the role for you.
Following a review of the People Strategy they are now looking for someone with an energetic approach to join the team working alongside the HR & OD Business Partners. You will provide support to the Head of HR and OD with emerging and planned projects that align to the recently revised people strategy and people plan. The role will be varied and will support all areas of the organisation in a HR generalist capacity, i.e. HR partnering, OD partnering, and people projects as and where required. The role holder will need to build strong relationships with all levels, gain an excellent understanding of the business functions and work alongside them to advise and support on the HR challenges that arise from day to day operations and change. It’s an exciting time and this is a really great interim role for the right candidate to support the team and enable change.
In order to be considered for this role you must have a minimum of CIPD level 5, a comprehensive background in generalist HR and also a good understanding of TUPE.
