HR MI Analyst - £42-45K - financial services, London. Permanent opportunity
Your new company
A global financial services SME business with head offices in London, are currently recruiting for a HR MI Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will report into the Director of HR Analytics and Reward, supporting them on hr reporting and analytics, including compensation, as well as constantly looking at new ways to streamline processes.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience of reporting on HR data in a previous role as a HR Analyst. You will have advanced Excel skills, and also used a form of data visualisation software as this will be a large part of the role. You do not necessarily need financial services experience.
