An opportunity has arisen to join this successful Manufacturing organisation as HR Business Partner. Based from Burton, with some travel. Salary up to £43k + Car Allowance.
As HR Business Partner you will partner with the MD of a Business Unit and also work with Central Functions. Bringing a strong commercial, pragmatic approach to HR you will work with your Senior Stakeholders providing full generalist support and guidance including organisational design, cultural change, engagement, talent and succession and employee relations.
As part of the HR team you will also be Resourcing Subject Matter Expert across the whole of the business, reviewing the Resourcing Strategy, including reviewing the current ATS, candidate experience etc.
CIPD qualified, or equivalent you will have partnered with Senior Stakeholders, and have the capability to translate business plans into practical HR plans. You will have also had experience of reviewing and managing the Recruitment Strategy. You will have worked within a Manufacturing or Service focused business.
