LMS Support Analyst, Financial Services, £35,000-£40,000, Permanent

Global Financial Services organisation with offices in over 30 countries. This role is based in stunning Canary Wharf offices.
Your new role
LMS Support Analyst working in the HRIS team (which sits within the wider HR function). This is a newly created role, coming in to support the central L&D team and reporting into the LMS Specialist. In this role, you'll play a key role in implementing SuccessFactors Learning module, configure and test LMS to meet business needs, help to train employees on such Learning modules and troubleshoot any LMS issues.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll have a background administering end-to-end Learning processes and have an interest in the systems side. Familiarity with L&D data and experience handling Human Resources Information Systems is key. Ideally, you'll have used SuccessFactors and be comfortable with the system. A strong educational background is desired, as is financial services experience.
What you'll get in return
£35,000-£40,000 (depending on experience).
