Your new role
Play a key role in contributing to the People Resources transactional service for Service Level Agreed stakeholders, providing an end-to-end recruitment process and co-ordinating temporary staffing solutions, covering all recruitment, contractual and administration to agreed quality standards and within process as follows:-


* Provide administrative support to ensure that a complete recruitment service is provided to a defined work activity within the Trust, and to ensure that managers are advised on recruitment best practice and statutory requirements.
* Be responsible for producing timely and accurate advice and information for clients in a customer focused, time sensitive manner.
* Supervise and delegate work, where appropriate, to Assistants within People Resources.
* Play an active audit role within the process of all activities across People Resources.

Key duties:


* Front line point of contact for managers, staff and prospective employees.
* Take messages, provide information required and liaise with other team members regarding advice, queries or issues of complaint.
* Provide general advice on a range of departmental issues.
* Ensure timely, accurate and appropriate information is available at all times.
* Maintain and update any filing systems and databases associated with the department.
* Use the Electronic Staff Record (ESR), NHS Jobs and TRAC systems to manage applicants throughout the recruitment process.
* Responsible for the compilation and cost effective placing of job adverts in appropriate publications; ensuring that the job adverts are concise and accurate.
* Authorisation of advert proof, costing and keeping of appropriate records for invoice reconciliations.

This is a 6 month contract with potential for extension, to start immediately.

What you'll need to succeed
All candidates must have NHS experience or have a minimum of 3 years' experience working within an Internal recruitment/RPO company. There is NO flexibility in this.
Having a CIPD qualification would be advantageous however what is essential is knoweldge or recruitment processes, HR education, and to be qualified to HND or above. We are also looking for candidates that have experience managing people and have excellent MS Office proficiency
