As part of their business strategy and scaling for growth, our client is appointing a HR Manager to meet the requirements of their expanding business. Your new role
* Assist in developing and implementing the People Strategy
* Have significant input into Organisation Design, Resourcing and Talent Planning, Learning and Development, Performance and Reward, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations
* Partner with Heads of Departments and Executive Teams to deliver the business strategy
* Work closely with managers to coach, develop and support them in all aspects of people management
* Manage disciplinary and grievance process ensuring best practice, advising and supporting line managers
* Support talent planning
* Drive Employee Engagement Plan
* Assist HR Director with HR projects
* Manage a small team
What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for a well experienced HR Business Partner/HR Manager who is:
* Relevant Degree qualified
* CIPD qualified with a minimum of Level 5
* Professional Services experience
* Experienced in all generalist HR areas - Organisation Design, Resourcing and Talent Planning, Learning and Development, Performance and Reward, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations and Employment Law
* Collaborative and pragmatic style, credible with senior stakeholders, proactive and a self-starter
* Experience of managing others
