Interim HR Business Partner/Newport/£45,000

Reporting to the HR Director, you will have the opportunity to work with talented people who get a kick out of doing a great job, have a huge passion for excellence and thrive on collaborating with colleagues to put the customer first. A snapshot of what you can expect to cover:· Review and re-write HR policies and processes where necessary· Support policy development· Harmonise T&Cs, HR policies· Advise and support line managers on disciplinary, grievance, performance management when required· Assist with implementation of new HRIS system· Liaise at all levels from senior management to new entrants· Enjoy developing a small HR Team· Handle some HR admin when necessary


Your new role
To be successful in this role, you will have:· Solid, all round operational HR experience· Hands-on experience of advising and supporting management on disciplinary, grievance, sickness, absence, performance· Up to date, practical knowledge of current employment law, dealing with more complex issues· Practical experience of change management (the positive side) - handling restructures, overseeing consultations· A passion for HR and HR best practice, ensuring all activity is value-adding· Thrive in a fast-paced environment·

What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working in a fast paced commercial organisation, ideally with international exposure· Sound experience in all HR generalist functions· Depth of HR experience in Payroll, HR administration, Employment contracts· Excellent business partnering skills with the ability to look beyond what is asked, interpreting requirements and creating solutions to meet business needs· Supported a globally dispersed, mobile workforce employed on varying contracts· Excellent IT skills
