Your new company
You will be joining a government organisation set to experience significant growth and innovation. The office is based in London, however the team are currently remote working.

Your new role
Sitting within the HR People Directorate, this is a newly established role, where you will contribute significantly to the organisation's ability to use people & pay related data to inform decisions and reward strategies. Other responsibilities will include:

* The design and development of pay and reward models,
* Leading on the annual pay award modelling- including scenario planning,
* Analysing and providing diversity related data to support the Inclusion agenda.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you must demonstrate:

* Experience in a Pay and Reward role, specifically in pay modelling
* Significant experience assimilating and interpreting large datasets
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
