HR Business Partner - 3 months - poss T-P

Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this Social Corporation based near Newport in South Wales to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner initially for 3 months whilst the post is being recruited for on a permanent basis. There is the possibility this assignment could lead to the permanent role for the right person.

We are looking for an experienced HRBP who is used to working in a unionised environment, is hands on, pragmatic and commercially orientated with the ability to manage a small team to deliver the HR service to the customer group in a coaching and collaborative manner.

You will possess experience of developing and delivering a proactive and customer focused HR service with extensive experience of advising on complex ER cases and bringing them to a successful and timely conclusion, within in a unionised environment. You will also possess experience of managing recruitment and selection campaigns, supporting organisational change projects and making improvements to service delivery. You will also be experienced with team management and developing people.
