HR Advisor FTC 12+ Months
I am delighted to be supporting a large public sector organisation located in the North East to support their HR function on a 12 - 18 month FTC through a period of change and the circumstances we are currently facing.
Your new position is to support the HR function through the unpredictable times we are currently facing, to allow the organisation to resume business as usual activities. My client is looking for two HR Advisors to support their team as soon as possible.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within this position you will be CIPD qualified and have experience within the follow:
* Employment Law
* Dealing with complex ER
* Supporting and guiding line managers
* Demonstrate your ability to be resilient
* Provide solutions to problems
* Experience within a unionised environment
*
** You must be located in the North if required to go conduct an ER investigation or needed on site.**
