Learning and Development Business Partner

We are looking for two learning and development professionals to join the existing team of business partners to ensure the effective provision of learning and development services to the organisation, and to contribute to the delivery of our strategic objectives.  We are looking for experienced learning and development practitioners with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.

The role will be home based with the flexibility to travel within the UK to meet business need.

The Learning and Development team is part of our Organisational Development department, which is also responsible for diversity and inclusion. This combination of expertise provides a lively environment for working on activities that contribute to the organisation achieving its strategic goals.

The selection process will consist of a practical exercise and a competency based interview.  Interviews will take place on the 15 and 16 December 2020.
