A full time experienced Recruitment Consultant role at Hays in Oxford in Construction and Property. This role is suitable for an experienced agency Recruiter with a proven track record of running a successful 360 desk. This is an excellent opportunity to progress professionally with a competitive package and uncapped commission.

Your new team

You will work within our high performing Oxford office, alongside 20+ consultants, covering many of our core recruitment specialisms. Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced 360 Recruiter to join our collaborative team in Oxford on a desk within Construction and Property.

Your new role
With the support of your manager, regional and specialism Directors you will establish new and nurture current relationships with clients across Oxfordshire. This is a full 360 role, covering both temporary and permanent vacancies within one of the above specialist areas.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of billing successfully in a full 360 recruitment role. You'll demonstrate your exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to deal in a professional manner with your clients and candidates. You will be ambitious and driven to progress your career through demonstrating your inquisitive nature and thirst for knowledge. As well as possessing both excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will have attention to detail with a strong work ethic to achieve successful results.Due to the nature of this role, you must hold a full UK driving licence.
