There's a lot of fun to be had when you're in HR of an established corporate, but with a real start-up feel. This role is all about creating structures, programmes and toolkits - so much for you to sink your teeth into, so many opportunities to implement great ideas, so much impact to be had. A really good role if you've been a more operational business partner but looking to deepen your strategic input.

This is pivotal role. As the business evolves, you'll have an influential part to play so there's heaps of opportunity to create and embed more rigorous and valuable approaches to performance, behaviours, talent and engagement. You'll work with leaders to help them gain a commercial advantage through intelligent use of culture, talent management and performance tools.

It's a company full of super bright people. The bar is pretty high. So, you'll be in great company if you want to be kept on your toes and have your intellectual horsepower stretched.

You'll need to have come from tech, and if you've had exposure to Agile methodologies, even better. You'll be able to use your authentic style to build strong rapport and trust with leaders as you help navigate them through an evolving business. You'll enjoy pace, can shoot from the hip and like having a hand in both the operational and the strategic. It would be good if you have worked in a corporate environment with an established BP model, so know what good looks like, or been part of a tech start-up that has seen substantial growth.

You'll work from home until June 2021, at which point they're keen for people to venture back to their new Berkshire based office which has been designed purely with employee experience in mind, so it's a pretty nice place to be.
