Our client’s Human Resources function is changing. They are reshaping their team structure in order to provide expertise, developing and aligning people plans and initiatives aligned with their business strategy and goals and help deliver positive change.
They have an ambitious People Strategy and through development of their operating model they can ensure they are best placed to respond to the needs and expectations of the Group as well as their 650+ colleagues across the organisation.
This new role is being created to enable and drive change by working in partnership with allocated business areas and provide a professional Human Resources and organisational development service focused on their customers.
You will be a seasoned senior HR practitioner. Operating at Business Partner level you will have a broad knowledge and personal toolkit including employee relations, engagement, organisational design, talent management, succession planning, reward, learning and development, and much, much more. Providing a comprehensive Human Resources service to the business, this position will direct and work with specialist partners within the broader HR team to drive improvement and ensure outcomes are delivered.
You are someone who is at ease translating strategy into operational requirements and delivering pragmatic and customer focused solutions. Your ability to manage relationships, influence across a broad range of stakeholders and establish personal credibility is one of your strengths.
You are very comfortable using HR data and people information to influence decision making whilst also considering the wider strategic picture and implications for the business.
You want to take the lead in designing, championing and driving initiatives that deliver the people strategy. Therefore you will be able to deputise for the Director in their absence and have the ambition to position yourself as a long term successor.
