This is a really exciting moment to join the HR team at Bradfield. Following a new People Director joining in October and the adoption of the HR Strategy, we are moving ahead with implementing a business partnering model to ensure that we fully support the College’s priorities and ambitions.

In this role, you will work closely across the HR team and oversee day to day operational delivery, escalating upwards as appropriate. You will also provide oversight of the implementation of the HR operating plan and any associated risks.  

As a key partner to the College, you can expect to work closely with a number of internal client groups to understand issues and develop solutions across the full remit of HR activities including employee relations, recruitment and selection, change management and others. 

You will be CIPD qualified with a sound understanding of HR best practice and experience of partnering with leaders and managers to achieve organisational objectives through HR activities. 

Experience of successfully influencing leaders is essential, as is experience of managing or playing a key part in change management projects. You should have strong communication skills and the ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organisation. The ability to think flexibly to provide pragmatic solutions to problems is essential, as are excellent project management and time management skills.  

Please note that due to the current pandemic, remote working will be available for some of the time.

Contracted working hours are 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday - Friday with a one hour break for lunch. 

Holiday entitlement is 4 weeks plus bank holidays.
