People and Culture Change Lead

6 month People and Culture Change Lead role for the NHS in London, paying £60-£68,000 per annum and starting ASAP.

Your new company
You will be working as a People Readiness and Culture Change Lead, for an NHS Trust in London. The role is being recruited on a 6 month FTC, at Band 8B level, paying £60,058 - £68,891 per annum. There is potential for a further 6 month extension beyond June 2021, depending on funding. The role will work from home, with potentially 1 day per week in the office towards the end of the contract. Interviews will take place via MS Teams on 24th/25th November with a start date of 14th December at the latest.

Your new role
Reporting to the AD of People and Culture Change Programme, this role will lead on the People Readiness aspect, ensuring the workforce are ready for change and supporting culture change. Duties will include;

* Support the consultation process,
* Negotiate with Unions in relation to changes in contracts relating to HCAS,
* Implement changes to onboarding, inductions and training
* Making changes to recruitment processes to ensure the change progamme is communicated to improve retention.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be available to start immediately, with NHS experience.
