Your new company
Our Facilities Management Client is recruiting an Employee Relations Advisor at their office in Crawley for a 6 month FTC. This role will initially be remote working and then you will required to go to the office twice a week.
Your new role
As an ER Advisor you will provide ER advise, guidance and support to the business managers and effectively manage all ER caseloads in a proactive and commercial focused manner.
Main duties:
* Work with Trade Unions at local, regional and national levels
* Stakeholder management
* Work alongside the business on TUPE, mobilisation and demobilisation
* Support the business with their change management programme
* Support with all ER related matters
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you must have trade union experience with Employment law knowledge. You must have proven knowledge within an Employee Relation based role, and experience in leading and managing change in complex and fast moving environment.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £35,000-£40,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits.
