Brand new Interim position Seeking strong change management skills- redundancies & TUPE 5-6 months

You will be working with & reporting to the HR Director leading on a change project that will involve making redundancies & the TUPE ( out ) of staff. Leading on consultations ,looking at appeals & hearings , you must have a hands-on approach & be able to build rapport with people at all levels.

It is essential that you have led on organisational change in a Unionised setting.

In addition you may be involved in some operational HR , looking at policies & procedures amongst other tasks.

The role is available on a FTC basis ONLY. You can apply on a 4 day week basis . There will be a hybrid model of working on site and WFH ( likely 50/50 ).
