An international law firm with 10+ offices
Your new role
This is an exciting new role and you will be responsible for creating and managing world class learning initiatives and programmes for an international law firm. Working collaboratively with colleagues and third party providers, this role will see the successful candidate leading on the design and delivery of high quality innovative blended solutions for the firm.
Responsibilities include:
* Identifying learning and development needs across the firm to continuously evolve our learning initiatives and curriculum
* Designing and implementing face to face learning content with facilitator and participant resource guides
* Working closely with the Digital Learning Manager to create blended learning solutions
* Creating and implementing pre and post programme learning content
* Promoting learning initiatives and programmes through internal communication
* Creating and implementing learning assessments and evaluations
* Working closely with our wider HR Team on creating our talent management strategy and competency framework
* Working closely with the Digital learning & Development Manager to develop content for Webinars, podcasts and virtual learning sessions (virtual classroom and remote tutor)
* Ensuring effective evaluation of all learning initiatives and associated reporting
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven track record in managing the complete learning cycle, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating learning in a professional skills environment.
* Strong planning and project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
* A good knowledge of business, management and leadership theory and practice
* Previous experience of developing management and leadership programmes
* A solid background in curriculum management, ideally to an international target audience
* Experience in creating content for virtual, remote tutor sessions, Webinars and podcasts
